Common questions.
You earn a commission on the plan revenue paid by each vendor you refer. The current commission rate is 30% of the plan value. Commission rates may be updated periodically — always check your dashboard for the current rate.
Commissions enter a 14-day hold period after the referred vendor's payment is confirmed. Once the hold period clears with no refund or chargeback, the commission is confirmed and becomes eligible for payout. Payouts are processed by the admin team and sent directly to your registered bank account.
The programme is currently open to all partners, but payouts are processed via Nigerian bank transfer (NGN). If you do not have a Nigerian bank account, contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
Your referral code is embedded in your unique link. When a vendor registers using your link, the referral is attributed to you automatically and appears in your commission dashboard within minutes.
If a vendor cancels or is refunded during the hold period, the associated commission is voided. Commissions that have already cleared the hold period and been confirmed are not affected by subsequent cancellations.
No. There is no cap on the number of vendors you can refer or the total commissions you can earn. The more vendors you bring to the platform, the more you earn.
Commissions are only paid on new vendor registrations that use your referral link or code at the point of sign-up. Existing vendors who sign up independently before you share your link cannot be retroactively attributed to you.
You must have your bank name, account number, and account name saved in the Settings section of your partner dashboard. Payouts cannot be processed without valid bank details.
